We will take your show from the initial design through the final execution of your meeting. Each account will be assigned an account manager, production coordinator, and a production manager. Your team will guide you through a process to insure continuity throughout every stage of producing your event. You only have to look as far as our testimonials to see if our system is successful.
Our expertise in design, scenic construction, audio, video, and lighting are all retained in-house. These departments work together with your account manager and you to make sure that we can achieve your goals within your budget. Your production coordinator will be tracking all the details and a critical path through the successful completion of your event.

Breakout Rooms
Axxis has extensive experience coordinating breakout rooms - from events that range from one room to as many as 75 sessions simultaneously (We will do more…75 is just our record). For shows with multiple breakouts and sessions, we assign a breakout room lead, in addition to your production coordinator and production manager to assist in acting as a dedicated onsite point of contact. This team member will handle onsite changes, manage the breakout technical team, and oversee the service and installation of audiovisual requirements in each of the rooms.
We’ve been in nearly every large facility in the country and we are knowledgeable about the challenges that may arise in each of these venues. Because we've worked on shows in most hotels, convention resorts, and convention centers across the country, Axxis can assist from the onset of your event planning to help plan the technical requirements of your breakout rooms.
